Shipping & Refund Policy
Shipping:
Llittle Bandit & Co offer a flat shipping rate of $7 for both urban and rural deliveries within New Zealand.
We currently only ship within New Zealand. Please contact us at shop@littlebandit.co.nz if you require shipping outside of this area and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders will be packed and dispatched within 24-48 hours and tracking confirmation will be sent to the email provided using either NZ Post or Pass the Parcel.
If you don’t receive your parcel within a week from receiving a dispatch notification please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with the Shipping Company.
If the package has been signed for or signed with “ATL” Authority to leave we will do our best to locate the parcel for you however the responsiblity lies with the Shipping Company to locate the parcel. Your order will not be refunded or re-sent untill the Shipping Company accepts fault and reimburses the value of the order.
Refund Policy:
Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for change of mind.
We offer a full credit/exchange for full priced items if:
- The item/s are returned within 10 days from delivery
- The item/s must be in new condition (un-opened, without damage), in their original packaging.
- The item/s must be sent via tracked courier/post
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Credits/exchanges will be processed within 3 working days once returned goods have been received.
Faults:
If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. Please contact us by emailing shop@littlebandit.co.nz
